By far the most common
design in this location is some sort of flower. Cherry blossoms are always
popular but orchids of different colours are too. Be prepared for a
little pain when tattooed in this area as it is not the most comfortable place
to get tattooed. Also popular are
shooting stars across the top of the foot. Sometimes these swing around to the
ankle too.
